Brno
Sono Centrum is a multifunctional cultural complex on Veveří street in the Žabovřesky district of Brno, opened in 2016. The nine-storey glazed building with a distinctive sphere at its centre was designed by architect František Šmédek and is operated by Sono Records. Its music club ranks among the most modern in Central Europe, with a hall for up to 1,200 guests, an L-Acoustics PA system, a NEVE mixing desk, and a Steinway piano. The complex also includes a 72-bed hotel, a restaurant, and an underground car park.
