British rock legends Slade return to the Czech Republic. Following sold-out shows in Prague and Mikulov in 2024, the band brings its show to Brno's Sono Centrum on 22 May 2026. Slade boasts 23 singles in the British Top 20, six of which reached number one — among their best-known hits are Cum on Feel the Noize and Coz I Luv You. Today the band is led by founding member and guitarist Dave Hill, alongside Alex Bines (drums), John Berry (bass, vocals, violin) and Russell Keefe (keyboards, vocals).
Prague-based group Precedens will open the show, having been active on the Czech music scene since the 1980s. The band has recorded several albums with Bára Basiková and recently released the album Odstíny černé. On stage they will perform as: Martin Němec, Daniela Langrová, Karel Vošta, Pavel Nedoma, Zdeněk Imramovský and Tomáš Kašpar. Daniela Langrová is known, among other things, for her work with the Rock Opera Praha project.
