Metro Music Bar is the oldest music club in Brno, located in the underground spaces of the functionalist Alfa Passage on Poštovská Street. The club has operated in various forms since 1937, when it opened as the jazz Metro Music Hall. Since 2008, following an extensive renovation, it has hosted over 250 events per year – ranging from jazz, blues, and rock to funk and multi-genre performances, as well as DJ nights and stand-up comedy shows.
