Joey Green (born 1959, Springfield, Massachusetts) is a New York-based singer, keyboardist and songwriter working in soul, R&B and blues. In 2013 he co-founded the RayVille Big Band with Viennese trombonist Alex Lag - initially as a tribute to Ray Charles, later broadened to include original compositions and big-band arrangements of classics from James Brown to Billy Joel. The ensemble, which numbers up to 18 musicians, performs regularly at leading Vienna venues such as Porgy & Bess, ORF RadioKulturhaus and Reigen.
