About

Roman Paulus (born 5 April 1975 in Prague) is a Czech chef, gastronome, cooking instructor and cookbook author. In 2012 he became the first chef to earn a Michelin star for a restaurant in the Czech Republic - at the Alcron in Prague's Radisson Blu hotel - and held it for six consecutive years. After leaving Alcron in 2020, he moved to Olomouc, where he co-owns Bistro Paulus and heads the kitchen of the Lobster catering group.
