Grilling School with Roman Paulus

A cooking course with Roman Paulus combined with an outdoor grilling party. The event takes place on 4 June 2026 at Bistro Paulus.

Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus and head chef Petr Stoklásk, participants will learn to prepare a four-course menu and gain practical and theoretical knowledge about working with various types of grills. The programme includes a recipe collection and a signed certificate. Each participant receives an apron with the Bistro Paulus logo. Refreshments – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – are provided throughout the event.

The grilling school is partnered with Tescoma.
