A cooking course with Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus takes place on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 4 p.m. at ČESTR Event Bar in Ústí nad Orlicí - Hylvátech. Roman Paulus leads the course in collaboration with Tomáš Kyba.
Together you will prepare a six-course menu: focaccia, mussels in wine with tomatoes, garlic and celery root, beef steak with salsa roja and homemade tortillas, sliced beef tartare with confit egg yolk and toast with roasted marrow, "Burnt Caesar" and "Margarita dessert".
The course costs 3,600 CZK per person. The price includes a chef's apron with the ČESTR Event Bar logo and wine with each course. Vouchers are also available - information at tel. 702 884 433.
