Cooking School with Roman Paulus - Italian Cuisine
Welcome to Roman Paulus's cooking school! This time, our cooking course focuses on Italian cuisine. You can look forward to classic beef carpaccio, arancini with tomato coulis, ossobuco with creamy polenta, tagliatelle with prawns, courgette and saffron sauce, or strawberry panna cotta. Do you remember your summer holiday in Italy and the specialities you tasted there? Come to our Italian gastronomy course and learn the techniques and tricks for preparing dishes from the Apennine Peninsula from the most experienced chefs. You will take home experience and advice that will elevate your skills to the highest level of Italian cooking.
Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, you will learn to prepare an excellent 5-course menu. In addition to pleasant hours at the stove, you will take home plenty of useful practical knowledge, wonderful memories, a set of recipes and a signed certificate. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be provided throughout. Courses run from 5 to 9 p.m. in small groups, so you will have the full attention of our chefs.
