Welcome to the cooking school with Roman Paulus! This time, the cooking course focuses on meat and sauces. You can look forward to Striploin steak with Bearnaise and pepper sauce, chicken breast sous vide with mushroom sauce, venison leg in cream, cup dumplings, and finally egg sabayon with forest berries. Do you enjoy preparing meat? Or simply love good food? We have prepared a cooking course just for you, where you will learn how to make a good sauce and how to properly prepare meat. In the course, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, you will learn to prepare an excellent five-course menu. Besides pleasant hours at the stove, you will take home plenty of useful practical knowledge, wonderful memories, a set of recipes, and a signed certificate. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be provided throughout. Courses run from 5 to 9 p.m. in small groups, so you will have the full attention of our chefs.
