Grilling School with Roman Paulus

A cooking course with Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus takes place on 4 June 2026 at Fort XX. in Křelov-Břuchotín. Under the guidance of Roman Paulus and head chef Petr Stoklásk, participants will learn to prepare a four-course menu on the grill in the open air while gaining practical and theoretical knowledge about working with various types of grills.

Each participant receives a recipe collection and a signed certificate. The entrance fee also includes an apron with the Bistro Paulus logo. Refreshments—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages—are provided throughout the event.

The cooking school is partnered with Tescoma. The event will be recorded for marketing purposes; recordings may be used on the organizer's website and social media.
