The Imperial Spa (Czech: Císařské lázně, also known as Spa I) is the largest spa building in Karlovy Vary, constructed in 1893–1895 to designs by Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer in the French Neo-Renaissance style. Since 2010 it has been protected as a national cultural monument and stands within the UNESCO-listed spa district. Following a complete restoration, the building reopened in June 2023 as a cultural and social centre, hosting concerts in the Atrium hall, guided tours, and a museum exhibition on the history of spa culture.
