Galerie umění Karlovy Vary is a public institution of the Karlovy Vary Region, founded in 1953. It collects and presents Czech art of the 20th and 21st centuries, with a permanent collection of around 150 paintings and sculptures spanning Symbolism, Cubism and contemporary trends. The gallery also hosts temporary exhibitions, concerts, guided tours and educational programmes for schools.
