About the venue

The Infocentrum města Karlovy Vary has operated since 2001 as a non-profit organisation set up by the city. It offers free tourist information about the spa town and the wider region, arranges guided tours, sells tickets for cultural and sports events, and stocks souvenirs, maps and public-transport tickets. The main branch is housed in the renovated Císařské lázně (Imperial Baths) and serves as a joint information centre for the city and the Karlovy Vary Region.
