The band Pocta Zuzaně Navarové will perform on December 12 at Metro Music Bar in Brno.

Their repertoire consists of songs from the bands Nerez and Koa - the music of Zuzana Navarova, which the band has been playing for over ten years. During that time they have performed at numerous concerts and festivals and collaborated with, for example, Mario Bihari (2024).

Metro Music Bar is the oldest music club in Brno, located in the underground spaces of the functionalist Alfa Passage on Poštovská Street. The club has operated in various forms since 1937, when it opened as the jazz Metro Music Hall. Since 2008, following an extensive renovation, it has hosted over 250 events per year – ranging from jazz, blues, and rock to funk and multi-genre performances, as well as DJ nights and stand-up comedy shows.

About: Pocta Zuzaně Navarové

Six professional musicians from Jazz Elements have been paying tribute to Zuzana Navarová since 2017, performing her songs from Nerez and Koa with rich harmonies, trumpet and percussion. Led by Barbora Červinková, the shows are interactive - audiences sing along throughout and dance at the end.
