Kittie is a Canadian metal band formed in London, Ontario in 1996 by sisters Morgan and Mercedes Lander. They stood out as one of the few all-female acts in heavy metal and broke through with their debut album Spit (2000). After disbanding in 2011, the band reunited in 2023.
