Mushroomhead are a heavy metal band from Cleveland, Ohio, active since 1993 and known for their elaborate masks and costumes that turn every show into something closer to performance art than a standard gig. Their sound blends alternative and avant-garde metal with industrial and atmospheric textures. Over three decades they have sold more than two million albums worldwide, with drummer and producer Steve "Skinny" Felton as the one constant through countless lineup changes.
Mushroomhead announced an autumn American tour for October 2025 with bands Psychostick, Black Satellite, and Mind Incision.
The band released their ninth studio album "Call The Devil" on Napalm Records - the first with a new lineup featuring guitarist Joe Gaala and drummer Aydin Kerr.
On the album "Call The Devil", guitarist Dave "Gravy" Felton returned after a twelve-year hiatus, co-author of classics such as "Along the Way" and "Sun Doesn't Rise".
In 2024, Mushroomhead performed 18 American concerts, including with bands Upon A Burning Body and Mind Incision.
