About
P.O.D. (Payable on Death) is a Christian nu-metal band from San Diego, California, active since 1992. The core lineup of vocalist Sonny Sandoval, guitarist Marcos Curiel and bassist Traa Daniels broke through globally with Satellite (2001), which sold over seven million copies worldwide and earned three Grammy nominations. Their sound blends metal, rap and reggae with Christian themes, and in 2024 they released their eleventh studio album, Veritas.

P.O.D. released their eleventh studio album Veritas on May 3, 2024 on the Mascot Records label - the first album without drummer Wuva Bernard, who has been on hiatus since 2021.

To promote the Veritas album, the band embarked on a North American tour I Got That Tour with Bad Wolves, Normou Jean, and Blind Channel.
