Povaleč is a multi-genre festival held since 2006 in the grounds of the Baroque Valeč Castle and its adjoining gardens in the Karlovy Vary region. The 2026 edition marks a milestone — the 20th anniversary of the festival — and takes place on 6–8 August 2026.
The programme includes music, theatre, films, workshops, exhibitions, lectures, martial arts, and podcasts. Musical performances take place on stages named Áčko, Béčko, Céčko, PubStage, and an electronic stage; classical music is performed in the Church of the Holy Trinity. A dedicated children's programme runs on the Children's Stage.
Admission is not fixed — the recommended early-bird ticket price starts at 1,000 CZK and includes a beer token. Tickets are available for advance purchase via the GoOut platform or on-site.
The festival is organized by Festival Povaleč z.s., a society with over fifty members dedicated to supporting young artists and developing cultural life in Valeč.
