Kašpárek v rohlíku is a Czech musical-theatre group founded in 2007 for the puppet stage of the South Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice, born out of a gap in quality original children's music and cross-generational entertainment. The group coined the term 'bejbypank' for their style - witty, melodically inventive songs that work for kids and adults alike. The central character, the puppet Kašpárek, is performed live by Pavel Kružík, and the band plays dozens of shows across the Czech Republic and abroad each year.
The band performed at the Rock for People festival in Hradec Králové and in June 2026 continues with an intensive tour of Czech festivals.
Kašpárek v rohlíku is listed in 2026 as the headliner of the Mezi Ploty festival at the Prague Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice.
The band is confirmed for the Mighty Sounds 2026 festival in Tábor, which takes place at the end of June.
In December 2025, the band performed special Christmas concerts in Prague (ARCHA+), Brno (Fléda), Olomouc (Sklub), and Zlín.
The band performed at the Peřeje Srbsko festival in August 2025 alongside Xavier Baumaxe and others.
