The Exploited is a Scottish punk band formed in Edinburgh in 1979. One of the most prominent acts in street punk and hardcore punk, they are known for their raw energy, aggressive sound, and provocative lyrics. Classic albums include Troops of Tomorrow (1982) and Beat the Bastards (1996). The band has long been fronted by vocalist Wattie Buchan.
