Pennywise are an American punk rock band from Hermosa Beach, California, active since 1988. They are one of the defining acts of 1990s melodic hardcore and skate punk, with three Gold-certified albums - About Time (1995), Full Circle (1997) and Straight Ahead (1999) - and twelve studio albums total on Epitaph Records. Over more than three decades they have remained a fixture on the global punk festival circuit.
