Josef Vágner (born 17 July 1990, Prague) is a Czech singer, musical theatre actor and producer, son of musician Karel Vágner. He has been performing professionally since childhood - composer Karel Svoboda cast him in the musical Monte Cristo - and in 2007 he won the Objev roku (Discovery of the Year) award at the Český slavík poll. Today he is one of the most in-demand musical actors in the country and co-founded the Muzikály Naruby show, with which the trio of Vágner, Petr Ryšavý and Jan Kopečný plays dozens of sold-out concerts across the Czech Republic and Slovakia each year.
Vágner held a jubilee concert at the Broadway Theatre on March 22, 2026, celebrating 25 years on the professional stage.
