Dálach is a Brno-based band playing Irish traditional music - songs alongside instrumental sets of jigs, reels and polkas. Founded in 2009 within the Brno Irish session scene, they gave their first concert under this name in autumn 2010. Rather than imitating well-known Irish acts, they build their own arrangements and draw repertoire from archival recordings. They have released two albums: the debut Súilíocht (2013) and Comhar Cairdis (2019), recorded at Studio Indies in Brno.
