About

Petr Stoklásek is a Moravian chef and long-time collaborator of Michelin-starred cook Roman Paulus. He spent six years working alongside Paulus at the Michelin-starred Alcron restaurant in Prague, and gained further experience at hotels in Austria and other international establishments. After returning to Moravia, he became head chef of Bistro Paulus in Olomouc, where he focuses on fresh local ingredients and honest cooking.
