Grilling School with Roman Paulus

A cooking course with Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus combining instruction with an outdoor grilling party. Under the guidance of Roman Paulus and head chef Petr Stoklaska, you will learn to prepare a four-course menu and gain practical and theoretical knowledge about working with various types of grills.

Each participant receives a recipe collection and a signed certificate. Your ticket includes an apron with the Bistro Paulus logo. Refreshments - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - are provided throughout the event.

Tescoma is the partner of the cooking school. The event will be recorded for marketing purposes - recordings may be used on the organizer's website and social media.
