Prodaná nevěsta arrives in Ostrava on Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at the Divadlo Loutek, where this classical opera receives a unique puppet theatre interpretation. This performance marks one of eight Czech dates on the tour and the first stop in the Moravian-Silesian region. The Divadlo Loutek is among the oldest and most significant puppet theatres in the Czech Republic, offering productions for audiences of all ages. The fairy-tale story of love and tradition will be brought to life in the traditional Czech style characteristic of this established institution on Pivovarská Street.
