Therapeutic Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us on Friday evening at the Straw Cottage in Zahrady Myšlín for a restorative session. The programme begins with a circle sharing, where everyone has the chance to name what they are carrying and what they need to release or support after the past week - sharing is voluntary. This is followed by therapeutic yin yoga, breathing exercises and meditation focused on slowing down, releasing tension and reconnecting with yourself.

The yoga practice and sharing are guided by Dominika Potužáková from @bohemiayogacz, accompanied by the intuitive sound healing of Hanka Seidlová from the @melodieduse project (crystal bowls and other harmonizing instruments).

About the instructors:
Dominika Potužáková has been dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques for over 20 years. She is currently undergoing psychotherapeutic training in Experiential Therapy, which further develops her approach to working with the body, emotions and personal experience.

Hanka Seidlová is the founder of the Melodie duše project, where she combines sound baths, meditation and aromatherapy. Through the vibrations of crystal bowls and other harmonizing instruments, she guides participants into a state of deep rest and calm.
