Stress and Anxiety in Everyday Life
Fri, 27 Nov 2026 · 18:00
A lecture by a psychologist, psychotherapist, and author of the books "Mosaic of the Soul" and "Through a Therapist's Eyes" exploring how stress and anxiety are interconnected and why conventional approaches to managing them often hinder rather than help.
The lecture will focus on the paradoxes that block healthy adaptation to stress and offer concrete perspectives on working with anxiety in daily life, illustrated with examples from therapeutic practice.
Held at the Beseda cinema in the Měšťanská beseda in Plzeň.
