Unreqvited is a Canadian solo project from Ottawa, the work of musician 鬼 (Ghost, born William Melsness). Active since 2016, the project has released seven studio albums blending post-black metal, blackgaze, ambient and neoclassical elements - largely instrumental until the 2025 album *A Pathway to the Moon* introduced vocals. Signed to Germany's Prophecy Productions, Unreqvited is a well-regarded name in the atmospheric black metal scene.
Unreqvited is confirmed as support for Anciients' Canadian summer tour, which includes stops in Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec City.
The seventh album *A Pathway to the Moon* (February 7, 2025) was released on Prophecy Productions label - Unreqvited's first recording with full vocal performance.
