Holy Fawn are an American rock band from Phoenix, Arizona, active since 2015, whose sound weaves together shoegaze, post-metal and blackgaze into dense, cinematic walls of noise. The core trio of Ryan Osterman (guitar/vocals), Evan Phelps (guitar) and Alexander Rieth (bass) built their reputation on the debut album Death Spells (2018) - named one of Stereogum's 50 best albums of that year - and cemented it with Dimensional Bleed (2022).
Holy Fawn released the single "Beneath A Lightless Star" (May 28, 2025) - their first new song since the single "Glóandi" from 2023.
The band completed a North American tour "Aggressive Progressive Tour" alongside Rivers of Nihil, Inter Arma, and Glacial Tomb.
Drummer Austin Reinholz left the band; bassist Alexander Rieth, who departed the group in 2023, has returned.
