Progres 2 is an art rock band from Brno, founded in 1968 as The Progress Organization and one of the longest-running groups in Czech rock. They made their name with the rock opera Dialog s vesmírem (1978) - the first audiovisual rock project in Czechoslovakia - and a series of ambitious concept albums that followed. After a thirty-year gap in studio recordings, they returned in 2018 with Tulák po hvězdách, which earned them a Golden Record, and the band is currently working on a new thematic album.
