Peter Stašák (born 5 June 1950 in Spišské Bystré) is a Slovak pop singer, lyricist and television host. He trained in opera at the Košice Conservatory before turning to popular music, and went on to tour the world with Gustav Brom's orchestra. His catalogue spans 26 albums - several of them certified gold or platinum - and he is widely recognised as the host of the Slovak Television music show Kaviareň Slávia (1999-2010).

    In December 2023, Stašák was hospitalized in a Košice hospital and canceled pre-Christmas concerts; he himself assured fans that it was a preventive examination.
