Kavej 2 Fest

An outdoor summer premiere of the film Kavej 2 at the Nitra amphitheatre combines open-air screening with live music, a DJ set, and stand-up comedy. The screening begins after sunset.

The evening programme features the band Heľenine Oči, songs by Petr Stašák, a DJ set by Mimóza (Janka Kovalčiková and Lenka Libjaková), and stand-up comedian Juraj Šoko Tabaček. Organisers have also announced a musical surprise. Audiences will have the chance to meet the film's cast and creative team.

Kavej 2 continues the story from the first film - Klára (Anna Jakab Rakovská) and Štanci (Pavol Šimun) live in the east with Štanci's domineering mother-in-law (Lenka Bariliková), until Štanci's cousin Šimon (Daniel Žulčák) disrupts their life together. Meanwhile, Veronika (Janka Kovalčiková) is recovering from heartbreak, and Klára takes her to Šírava - along with women from the unit (Lýdia Ondrušová, Zuzana Dancáková, Dana Dopová) they search for a man for Veronika. The sequel also features Kristián Baran, Branislav Deák, Robo Jakab, Alena Ďuránová, Adrián Urda, Jaro Kysel and others, including Father Ander (Ján Pisančin) and a singer played by Petr Stašák.
