Gates of Void 2026 - November 14, 2026 at Club Barrák, Ostrava. Doors open at 16:00. Prepare yourself for a serious dose of heavy music! Seven bands will take the stage of Ostrava's Barrák in one evening, pumping your blood, shaking your bones, and charging you with energy for months to come. Gates of Void is not just a festival - it's a metal ritual where legends meet promising new faces of the heavy scene.

Line-up:

Purnama (Liberec/Turnov) - A Czech death/black metal band active since 2011. Their debut album Lioness (2017) brought them wider attention on the domestic scene. Their second album Flame of Rebellion (2020), recorded at The Barn studio and mixed in Sweden under Andy LaRocque's (King Diamond) supervision, was released by MetalGate Records. The band is known not only for hard music but also for charitable projects like Metal for Hope, which helps children with oncological diseases. Their performances are intense, technically precise, and full of dark atmosphere.

Syridas (Ostrava) - A young but rapidly growing melodic death metal band formed in 2021. After a very successful debut Awaken (2021), they released their second album When Death Calls in 2024, confirming their position on the Czech metal scene. During their short existence, Syridas have gained attention from both club visitors and festival fans at events like MetalGate Czech Death Fest and Slezskoostravský hrad. Their live performances are full of energy, technical precision, and emotional expression that leaves a strong impression.

In My Veins (Tata/Hungary) - A Hungarian band formed in 2024. The band refuses to conform to musical trends or narrow genre boundaries. Their songs often feature heavy, dark riffs and strong melodies with symphonic elements.
