Mork is a Norwegian black metal project from Halden, founded in 2004 by Thomas Eriksen, who writes and records all music alone while performing live with a full band. Signed to Peaceville Records, the project has grown steadily from a self-pressed debut (Isebakke, 2013) to eight studio albums, the latest being Monolitt (June 2026), earning Mork a firm place among the leading voices of contemporary Norwegian black metal.
Mork released on June 19, 2026 the eighth studio album Monolitt on the label Peaceville Records.
The first single from the album Monolitt was the track Ødelagt released together with a music video.
Mork will start in October 2026 a headlining European tour with special guest Soulburn; the stop in Ostrava is scheduled for October 13.
Mork performed on the metal cruise 70 000 Tons of Metal 2025 in Miami.
Peaceville Records announced the release of the debut album Udåd, a solo side-project of Thomas Eriksen, on March 15, 2024.
