Misþyrming is an Icelandic black metal band from Reykjavík, formed in 2013. Their sound is raw and atmospheric, drawing on the Norwegian black metal tradition. Their 2015 debut Söngvar elds og óreiðu earned them a strong following well outside Iceland.
