Marduk is a Swedish black metal trio from Norrköping, active since 1990. Over more than three decades they have released fifteen studio albums, making them one of the most prolific acts in the genre - their sound is built on extreme speed, war-themed lyrics and relentless brutality. The band's name references the Babylonian god Marduk, chosen by founder Morgan Håkansson as a deliberate blasphemous irony. Key titles in their catalogue include Panzer Division Marduk (1999) and the latest album Memento Mori (2023).
Marduk will perform on February 21, 2026 in Prague on a joint tour with Mayhem, Immolation and Inferno.
In November 2025, the band completed an Asian tour with concerts in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Shanghai, Beijing and other cities.
In October and November 2025, Marduk performed a Latin American tour including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brazil.
In February and March 2025, the European tour Memento Mori Tour - Europe Part III took place, during which the band celebrated 35 years of existence with a special setlist.
In September 2023, Marduk released their fifteenth studio album Memento Mori on Century Media Records.
