The Kulturní dům in Uherské Hradiště is run by Klub kultury, a municipal cultural organisation founded in 1992. Its year-round programme covers theatre, concerts across genres, folklore events and balls. A permanent puppet stage for children opened in 2012, while adults can subscribe to a series of jazz and classical concerts. The venue also hosts the painting biennial Hradišťský plenér and Setkání - Stretnutie, a joint showcase of Czech and Slovak visual artists.
