The Evangelical church of the Czech Brethren stands in the Botanika park in Valašské Meziříčí. The modernist building with a square tower was constructed in 1908-1909 by local builder J. Demel to a design by Croatian architect Leo Kalda, and is connected to a parsonage decorated with simple sgraffito. Since 1989, a relief by artist Barbora Veselá depicting scenes from Jesus's parables has adorned the front wall behind the pulpit. The complex was listed as a cultural monument in 1997 and today hosts regular services, ecumenical gatherings, and concerts of sacred music.
