This concert explores Adam Michna of Otradovic from a lesser-known perspective - as the composer of larger-scale works from the cycle Sacra et Litaniae. These compositions show direct structural parallels with Claudio Monteverdi's monumental collection Selva morale e spirituale, giving Michna's work a new, European significance.
