About the venue

The Maxmilian brewery complex is a Kroměříž microbrewery that opened in July 2012, brewing on an original copper brewhouse from 1936. Its name honours the city's famous native, painter Maxmilián Švabinský. The brewery produces unpasteurized, bottom-fermented beers - light and dark lagers alongside seasonal specials. The site is open to visitors, offers guided tours with tasting, and each year hosts the Kroměřížské pivní slavnosti beer festival.
