The Sokolský dům on 1. máje street is the home of T. J. Sokol Kroměříž and the seat of the Hanácká Sokol district. After 1990 the building was renovated and now functions as both a gym and a cultural venue - theatre performances, concerts and various club events take place here. The hall is regularly used by children's groups, women, karate practitioners, boxers, volleyball players and majorettes.
