Even Vegetables Deserve a Second Chance - Kimchi-Making Workshop with Kokoza — Kampus Hybernská, Prague

Learn to prepare kimchi from vegetables that would otherwise end up in the trash. Kokoza will show you how fermentation works, why it's one of the oldest circular technologies in the world, and how to incorporate it into your daily home routine. You'll take home a full jar at the end.

Instructor: Kokoza
Since 2012, Kokoza has helped people in the city compost and grow food. She believes that human-nature coexistence is best supported by spreading the idea of a closed food cycle - that's why she builds partnerships with public administration and companies, helping them with sustainability, corporate culture, community gardens, and food waste processing.

The workshop is part of the Dokola Festival, taking place on 10-11 September 2026 at Kampus Hybernská. The festival is organized by the Institute for Circular Economy (INCIEN) with support from the City of Prague.
