A charming comedy by an Irish author dedicated to all those who found themselves alone through no fault of their own. All fifteen characters are performed by Eliška Balzerová.

About the venue: Akord, Ostrava-Zábřeh

The Akord cultural centre in Ostrava-Zábřeh has stood since 1959, designed by the studio of Jiří Kroha in the socialist realist style; together with the surrounding buildings on náměstí SNP it forms a notable architectural ensemble. A major renovation completed in 2013-2015 transformed it into a modern congress and events venue with capacity for up to 1,000 visitors. The programme covers theatre, concerts, balls and courses, and in summer the outdoor Letní zahrada hosts the traditional Prázdniny v Akordu festival. The complex also includes three halls, seven salons, a restaurant and a three-star hotel.

An actress with over fifty years on stage and screen, whose name is inseparable from the role of Dr. Čeňková in Hospital at the End of the City and from the acclaimed one-woman show Můj báječný rozvod - a comedy in which she plays every character, running without interruption since its 2003 premiere.
