ABONMÁ III - 15th Season of Bach na Mozarta! - Second Half

The ensemble SILENTIUM! performs in Brno at Besední dům on Wednesday, 17 February 2027, with a concert dedicated to Baldassare Galuppi. This event is part of the second half of the 15th season of the Bach to Mozart cycle, which the ensemble presents across nine Czech venues. Besední dům, a Neo-Renaissance building erected in 1870-1873 on Komenského náměstí, remains one of Brno's principal cultural institutions. The programme features Galuppi's vocal and instrumental works, where Baroque affectation meets Enlightenment clarity. The Venetian composer emerges here as an innovator whose musical language reflected the transformations of 18th-century European music.
