Nezmaři returns to Litovel on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 19:00 in the Velký sál Záložny on Náměstí Přemysla Otakara. The concert is part of their autumn tour across the Czech Republic, which includes five performances in total. The Záložna is the main cultural hall of a historic building in central Litovel, standing on the site of the U Černého medvěda inn from 1625. The group will perform songs from all periods of its four-decade history. Admission at the door is 450 CZK.

About the venue: Velký sál Záložny

Velký sál Záložny is the main hall of the historic Záložna building on Litovel's central square. The site traces back to an inn called U Černého medvěda, first recorded in 1625; the Rolnická záložna (farmers' savings bank) bought it in 1870 and turned it into a hub of Czech civic life. The building took on its current Art Nouveau appearance during a reconstruction in 1911-1913, with the new halls opening on 6 January 1913. Seating up to 500, the hall regularly hosts theatre performances, concerts and balls, and is run by Městský klub Litovel.

About: Pavel Zajíc

Pavel Zajíc (born 1955) is a guitarist, singer and co-founder of the South Bohemian folk group Nezmaři, which he helped establish in České Budějovice in 1978. He has led the band ever since and is the central figure behind its distinctive vocal-harmony sound. Alongside performing, he hosts the radio show Folkový antikvariát on ČRo České Budějovice, dedicated to folk music and songwriters of earlier decades.
