Welcome to the cooking school with Roman Paulus! This time, the school offers an exceptional course focused on Michelin-level menu and the techniques behind precision gastronomy at the highest level. Together we will explore the flavours, combinations and methods that create dishes emphasizing detail, lightness and elegant presentation. You can look forward to cuttlefish salad with cauliflower, carrot cream with coconut milk, sous vide cod with mussels and saffron, venison loin baked in tramezzini, and finally white chocolate ganache with coconut and wafer. Want to try modern cooking techniques, learn to work with premium ingredients and understand what makes fine dining truly exceptional? We have prepared a course for you where, under the guidance of Roman Paulus, we will focus on technique, flavour balance and the final presentation of each course.

Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, you will learn to prepare an excellent 5-course menu. In addition to pleasant hours at the stove, you will take home plenty of useful practical knowledge, wonderful memories, a set of recipes and a signed certificate. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be provided throughout. Courses run from 5 to 9 p.m. in small groups, so you will have the full attention of our chefs.
