ELIMON FRESH FESTIVAL

Elimon FRESH is a two-day gastronomic festival with a tradition dating back to 2011. In 2026, it moves to the castle gardens in Slavkov u Brna (May 30–31). Saturday runs from 10:00 to 20:00, Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00.

The festival features stars of Czech gastronomy – Zdeněk Pohlreich, Mirka van Gils Slavíková, Pavel Berky, Adam Rundus, Twí, Petja Fonda and others. Making their debut are Long Story Short by Petr Heneš (Michelin Bib Gourmand), Yamaya by Marek Hora, and DIAN by chef Petr Brňák. New in 2026 is the FABINI cooking school, where visitors can learn cooking alongside leading chefs, and a beer-pouring school in collaboration with Štatl and Bohém breweries (three times daily). The programme also includes cooking competitions, Heinz Grill Academy, an expanded Asian zone Wok & Spices, a burger competition, and delicacies marked with the Great Taste award.

For families with children, there is an Elimon zone with free ice cream, an inflatable obstacle course, and a kids' corner. All payments in the venue are cashless via NFCtron chip wristbands. Children under 15 and visitors with disabilities have free entry. Parking directly in the castle grounds is not available – paid parking is available on Křenovická Street (100 CZK/day) or U Stadionu. Access to the grounds is via the castle's main gate from the Municipal Office or from Furgnerova Street or U Stadionu.
