Schools – Discovering Baroque

What is "baroque"? Which themes were popular and how did artists express them? The programme guides participants on a quest to find the keys to baroque paintings and sculptures – bringing the era closer through legends, theatre and music.

Programme objectives:
- Recognize the basic characteristics of the cultural style and introduce its representatives.
- Read baroque paintings and sculptures, reflect on them and interpret them in various artistic forms.
- Creative group work and mutual sharing of results.
