Dan Bárta and Illustratosphere will perform on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at Amfiteátr Kraví hora in Brno. This is the first of five Czech dates on the summer tour – the following day the band moves to Prague for a show at Zahrady pod Pražským hradem. The open-air summer amphitheatre sits in the rear of the Kraví hora swimming complex and offers views across the city panorama, providing an ideal setting for outdoor musical performances. The concert spans music from rock through jazz to film hits.

About the venue: Kraví hora Amphitheatre

An open-air summer amphitheatre located in the rear section of the Kraví hora swimming complex in Brno. Set within a park with panoramic views over the city, it serves as an outdoor cultural stage. In summer months it hosts theatre and music performances – most notably the Summer Stage of Divadlo Bolka Polívky. The tradition of summer concerts and shows dates back to 2006.

Dan Bárta & Illustratosphere is a Czech jazz-rock band and eleven-time winner of the Anděl music award. Formed in the 1990s, they built their sound around the fusion of jazz, soul and rock, with Dan Bárta's distinctive voice at the centre. Their self-titled debut album from 2000 is considered a landmark of Czech alternative music.

About: Martin Valihora

Bratislava-born Martin Valihora ranks among the most in-demand Slovak drummers on the international circuit - he held the drum chair alongside Japanese jazz star Hiromi Uehara and has contributed to more than 50 albums on major labels. He is currently a permanent member of Dan Bárta's band and develops his own projects bridging European and American musicians.
